Curlew Row-Crop drills 

The CURLEW is a new drill featuring adjustable row width and is the perfect choice for row crops. Also a good choice for game cover crops.

It is available in widths up to 4mtr and can be fitted with one to ten units (depending on width)

It is a good choice for sunflowers, maize, pulses, stubble turnips, fodder beet  and other similar crops where it may be required to change the row spacing. This is made simple by unclamping and sliding the units along the tool bar.

As standard it comes fitted with fittings for Cat 1 or 2 linkage mounting, but can be built as a trailed unit for working with ATVs and similar prime movers.

There are a choice of coulter types and also a number of metering options.

Variable seed rate is controlled from our new Mini-Vari variable speed drive unit.

 The CURLEW is fitted as standard with our proven "pegged-roller" metering units.

These will handle a wide variety of seed types from maize and pulses right down to rape and kale etc.
